I recently got my daughters nails done from here. The staff has been rude against my daughter. My daughter cooperated well but still was getting backlash. My daughter’s nails wasn’t shaped in properly, each nail was uneven . Under 4 days, Her nails started was ripping off. I do not recommend this place.
I showed a picture of what I wanted done. The Asian lady who did my nails rushed through my nails and did not pay attention at all to what she was doing. Everytime I tried to correct her on what I didn't like she just got mad and didn't listen to what I said. There were no other clients in the nail salon so there was no reason for her to rush my nails. The nails were also horrible quality. They started to break off literally 3 days after I got them done. This was my first time coming here and it will be my last. The shape was not straight at all and the polish was not clean even in the slightest. Don't come here. I do not recommend these people. #justiceneedstobesered
The most horrible experience. The owner himself is oblivious to any issues going on in the nail salon. I had asked for gel nail polish. Not only I had gaps and clumps on my nails, but the lady had the nerve to tell me that it was my fault. The nail polish itself had clumps. She decided to use a new one. At the end I had to leave with no nail polish because the lady had another person. I went to the owner to let him know and he totally ignored me. He said to deal with it myself. It looked like the lady who did a horrible job on my nails was his family member. Worst experience and a waste of my time. I should of looked at the reviews before going in.
I tried my best to not write this review but this is the worst nail salon I've ever been to. It was my first time today and I'm so disgusted by the way they did things. All I wanted was a filling and a pedicure. The person that did my pedicure was not experienced. My filling was even worse. I was in this salon for 3 hours and was not satified one bit. The owner knew how bad my experience was that she apologized to me and said next time it will be better. I'm sorry but this will be my first and last experience here. Please don't waste your money or time going here.
They are absolutely 100% horrible. I've been going here for about 2-3 years now and they only get worser each and every time. I went in today for a full set of acrylic nails. And I also got pink/white French done on top of the acrylic as well, plus UV gel which cost up to $40. $40 is a lot for nails.. so when you spend $40 on nails you expect for it to come out looking fabulous and last a affordable time. I haven't even gotten my nails done over 24hrs, I got UV gel so that it won't chip and can dry faster.. 12 hours later there still wet ! And chipped off. Everything is just horrible I wish I can upload a pic. If you want nice, quality nails DO NOT GO HERE !! I don't leave reviews at all, but this is really a place you do not want to go ladies !! Please go next door, or to Evys on Jamaica avenue. It's not worth spending your money here. $40 wasted !!
